Pricing Analyst

**Who we are looking for**:
Triple Eight Transport Inc. is looking for a talented and detail-oriented **Pricing Analyst**. You will bring excellent communication, solid computer skills, time management, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for establishing rates on customer RFP and rate related requests.
- Collaborating and engaging with our Sales and Operations team to set and develop pricing strategies.
- Contributing to small pricing requests from current, potential customers and execution of spot rates.
- Evaluation of specific customer rates in the effort of maintaining effective tariffs and contracts given changing market conditions
- Auditing of multiple facets of our rates and execution to maintain confidence in our customer rate structure.
- Adhoc projects and business development.
- Other duties as required
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma with a focus on any combination of Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Finance. Other formal education will be considered for relevance.
- Minimum two years’ work experience with financial analysis, pricing models, and/or cost modeling.
- Experience in transportation would be considered an asset.
- Excellent objective, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Excel skills and proficient usage of other Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative and Team Focused
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Must be legally allowed to work full time in Canada.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
