We are seeking to add to our team with the hire of a **On-site** **Project Manager.** This position will play a key role as a member of our Sales and Project Team focused on work in the Lower Mainland, British Columbia.

**Major Areas of Accountability**:

- Accountable for managing processes throughout client projects including estimating, water route scouting, acquiring all appropriate landowner consents and regulatory licensing
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders to support technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress daily
- Track project performance and changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document and report needs
- Create and manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of the project
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of the project
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ strengths, skill sets and experience levels
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Developing and tracking budgets
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills - proven ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders is required
- Project management

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Mapping (Google Earth)

**Technical Requirements**:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- Proven working experience in a project management environment
- Position is an on-site field role, focusing on work in the Lower Mainland, BC.
- Ability to travel 30-40% of time
- 5 years’ experience preferred in the field of Fluid Management as it relates to the Oilfield, Mining or Municipal Sector. Must be familiar with fluid management, water pumping and treatment systems
- Familiar with a variety of water management and related licensing/regulatory requirements, fluid transfer operational practices and project design needs

**Salary**: $105,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
