Reporting to the Manager, Business Telephone Repair, the Business Service and Support Representative is responsible for service changes and support for large business customers, as well as providing a positive customer experience. This role will encompass cross-training on three roles. This is a hybrid role working the majority of the time in an at Home work environment and the remainder of the time from our office on 6080 Young Street, Halifax, NS.

**Responsibilities**:

- Entry, processing and programming of orders
- Administrating physical and virtual inventory
- Coordinating the installation, modification, or disconnection of services for existing clients
- Front line service troubleshooting and repair.
- Managing client expectations and relationships.
- Coordinating and dispatching technicians.

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 required
- Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot
- Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
- Very organized & a great ability to manage multiple tasks
- Adapts well to change and fast paced environments
- Excellent decision making skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Ability to work independently to identify and resolve issues
- Positive attitude with strong team spirit

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation to work from the office on a pre-arranged basis, while also being able to work remotely.
