As a Project Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Project Leaders and Project Managers in the successful execution of various projects.

**Duties Include but not limited to**:

- Supporting Project Leader / Project Manager in achieving project targets and exceeding customer and company expectations.
- Assisting with specific administrative tasks related to assigned projects.
- Providing contract administration, including reviewing contract deliverables, invoices, contractor timecards, etc.
- Maintaining compliance with contracts and overseeing the change control process for respective project(s).
- Facilitating contract life cycle management, from planning to execution and close out of contracts.
- Participating in meetings to stay informed of project changes and preparing/reviewing meeting minutes.
- Ensuring the project team understands and utilizes contracts properly.
- Managing and maintaining the purchase order and invoicing progress.
- Continuing to develop project organizational structure and filing systems in collaboration with management and project leads.

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- Completion of a post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field or similar experience is required.
- Designation as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is desirable.
- Formal Project Management training is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of the Office Suite, SharePoints, and Accounting Software.
- Experience in the industrial/mining industry is an asset.
- Previous experience working on construction projects in a similar role.

**Knowledge and Skills Requirements**

A Project Support Administrator must perform their tasks with a high level of accuracy and precision. The individual must be highly organized and detail-oriented, in addition to being able to work collaboratively with other departments. They must possess the following qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills.
- Strong problem identification and resolution skills, with the ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
- Excellent and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Wages commensurate with experience**
