Forestry Worker

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and hard-working, groundsman/forestry worker to join a professional tree care team. In this role, you will support tree climbers and arborist in performing tree removal, trimming, pruning and cleanup services. This is a physically demanding, outdoor position that requires teamwork and safety awareness.

**Duties**
- Assist tree climbers and equipment operators with ground support during tree work.
- Clear brush and debris from work areas and job sites.
- Set up and maintain work zones, including flagging and traffic control.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.
- Support climbers by preparing ropes, rigging gear, chainsaws, and other tools.

**Skills**
- Valid drivers license with own transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in changing weather conditions.
- Comfortable working around chainsaws, chippers and heavy equipment.
- Strong worth ethic, punctuality and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work standards are met consistently.
