**Who we are looking for**: Reservations Guru

**Responsibilities**:

- Become a corporate housing expert, offering tailored, well-presented options to meet clients’ needs
- Manage the reservation process from inquiry to booking, including rate & space optimization
- Communicate with potential clients to convert leads into bookings
- Build and maintain long term client relationships through consistent communication and excellent service
- Provide support to guests during their stay
- Coordinate guest communications including pre-arrival, check-ins and departures
- Meet & greets, suite tours and visits (including afterhours & on call rotation - accumulates flex time)
- Maintain a positive, upbeat and caring attitude always
- Ensure client confidentiality and protect sensitive information
- Contribute wherever needed - we’re a team first environment

**Education / Experience -**High school diploma; post-secondary education or certificate in hospitality or sales is an asset. Previous experience in reservations preferred.

**Skills** - Customer service mindset, ability to resolve issues effectively, excellent communication skills, strong organization, attention to detail & time management, general math skills

**Personal characteristics** - Punctual, reliable, professional, positive attitude, energetic spirit, self-motivation, ability to take initiative, team oriented, independence.

**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with participation in the on-call rotation

**Lunch**:Paid 30-minute lunch break

Pay: From $58,000.00 per year
