**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify opportunities to expand the business footprint within existing contracts.
- Forecast sales opportunities in collaboration with regional/local support, coordinating with regional leaders on target growth initiatives.
- Define and document specific sales goals that align with branch and regional growth strategies.
- Explore potential partnerships and market enhancement opportunities, while collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to improve efficiency.
- Manage existing client relationships, proactively addressing and resolving challenges.
- Build relationships with new customers and assist in developing effective client strategies.
- Ensure alignment of strategic objectives between the customer and the company.
- Continuously validate and assess customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales revenue goals, providing monthly and annual progress reports.
- Drive the adoption of innovative solutions that complement core services.
- Achieve profitability expectations for assigned accounts.
- Participate in bid review processes with the Senior Leadership Team, facilitating strategy sessions, driving bid reviews, and engaging in negotiations.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding assigned markets, pricing, suppliers, industry trends, and contract structures.
- Identify and qualify appropriate prospects, setting appointments and conducting effective sales calls as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce processes and standards, focusing the sales team on target accounts to maximize success.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from college or university is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills and well
- developed analytical skills.
- Strong leadership skills and sales capabilities.
- Executive presence and ability to communicate with senior management at a corporate level as well as interface effectively with local site management.
- Ability to coordinate sales efforts with cross functional teams.
- Ability to write and deliver corporate presentations.
- Ability to travel as required.
