- Utilizes their knowledge of the 49th standards of quality to **_plan, order, and process_** products while achieving **_sales and profit targets_**:

- Ensure staff are well **_trained and knowledgeable_** and departments are well stocked with beautifully displayed products.
- Oversee the **_health and safety_** of our employees and customers by maintaining a neat and tidy work area and ensuring proper food safe processes are followed.
- **Additional Requirements**_
- Ideally 3 years Dairy management experience
- Strong leadership skills with effective numeracy and organizational abilities
- Written and verbal communication skills
