ASL Agrodrain Limited is hiring a **Traffic Control Specialist**.

Founded in 1975, ASL is a well-established multi-sector civil construction company performing Earthworks, Residential Development, Site Development, Landscaping, Forming, Geothermal, & Conservation projects. We are committed to providing an environment that supports professional growth, advancement, and development.

These positions are field based from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with competitive wages based on experience. Hours are typically 50 per week.

**Job Description**:

- Set up, monitor, and remove traffic control devices (cones, signs, barriers)
- Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic
- Communicate clearly with crews and the public to ensure safety
- Monitor traffic patterns and adjust control measures as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- Previous traffic control or flagging experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of traffic control plans is necessary
- Knowledge of Book 7 is considered an asset
- Strong awareness of safety protocols
- Good communication skills and ability to stay alert and focused
- Team-oriented and dependable
