- Properly select gear for the job

- Maneuver loads through difficult and confined spaces

**What you bring**:

- Previous experience as a rigger or in a related field is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of rigging techniques
- Any certifications related to rigging or crane operations would be beneficial
- Strong communication skills
- Wood-frame experience is preferred
