**What You Will Do**
- Your primary focus will be on utilizing analytical tools, such as Power BI and SQL, to extract, manipulate, and visualize data, helping stakeholders across different departments to understand key performance indicators and business trends. Furthermore, you will be responsible for identifying trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

**What That Actually Involves**
- Data Extraction and Transformation: Utilize SQL queries to extract and transform data from various databases and data sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Power BI Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive and visually compelling Power BI dashboards and reports to convey complex data in a user-friendly format for business stakeholders.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decision-making and performance improvement.
- Report Automation: Develop and maintain automated reports to provide recurring insights to business teams, minimizing manual reporting efforts.
- Data Visualization and Storytelling: Present data findings through effective visualizations and narratives to communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Quality Assurance: Conduct regular data quality checks, identify data discrepancies, and collaborate with the relevant teams to resolve data integrity issues.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business units, and IT, to understand business requirements and provide analytical support.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics tools, suggesting improvements to existing processes and solutions.

**What You**
**Will**
**Bring**Post secondary education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Accounting & Finance, or a related field-
- Work experience in Accounting & Finance preferred.-
- Proficient in SQL and Excel-
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation preferred-
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills-
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain data accuracy and integrity-
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders-
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities-
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment-
