**Responsibilities**:

- Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary
- Implement preventative maintenance measures
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
- Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
- Handle renovation projects, tiling, flooring, drywalling, decking/fencing, furniture assembly, painting, basic electrical work/upkeep, basic plumbing work/upkeep, and yard maintenance
- Deal with trades, utilities and all other subcontractors related to the upkeep of the home such as snow removal, septic tanks, landscaping and the likes

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- **Must have a driver's license and a vehicle or access to a vehicle**:

- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- General understanding of Google Workspace, with a particular focus on Google Drive and Google Sheets proficiency.
