**Description**

The Engagement Manager with Boldsky Creative Studio serves as the single point of contact for clients which can consist of Syneos Communications agencies, other Syneos Health companies, and/or direct clients. This role will lead project execution from start to finish and, when needed, assist account teams in defining project parameters and participate in creative ideation sessions and/or tactical recommendations. This role will also partner with the Creative Core team to ensure the proper integration for projects. For clients, the Engagement Manager acts as a holistic business partner, ensuring the studio delivers on their needs and expectations. This role is accountable to ensure client satisfaction.
**Client/Business Management**
- Builds, maintains and nurtures the client relationship with key stakeholders (across disciplines).
- Responsible for client satisfaction and will work with appropriate studio leadership to address any concerns or issues with studio performance, personnel or potential client issues.
- Primary escalation for quality issues, workflow gaps or general performance concerns.
- Participates in creative ideations sessions and/or tactical recommendation brainstorming as needed (in collaboration with the Creative Core)
- Acts as an advocate for our business and continually builds awareness
- Ensures organization is aware of all studio capabilities (across the entire network) which includes: Capability presentations, recent work presentations and other connections points that builds awareness.
**Intake**
- Acts as a gate keeper for all in-coming projects ensuring project request is clearly defined and provides all necessary information
- Directs projects to the appropriate team (studio or Creative Core) or discipline lead for specialty groups (Content Production, Technology) who will resource manage the project to the appropriately resource
- Represents studio in key milestones such as triage and intake meetings, project status meetings, project planning/scoping, etc.
**Execution**
- Develop project estimates, timelines, and resources based on deep familiarity of program management and the trajectory of client partnership.
- Manage the day-to-day workflow of deliverables based on approved scope of work.
- Define “how” and “when” and empower teams to deliver against shared expectations and goals.
- Manage and oversee the project budget through regular tracking, reporting, and problem solving.
**Qualifications**
- Pharmaceutical industry experience, required
- Marketing/advertising/PR cross-channel creative execution and production experience, required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven leadership skills to manage group dynamics and difficult situations, and steer clients in the right direction
**Desired Qualifications**
- Previous creative studio experience, preferred
- Understands how to manage multiple clients, projects and priorities in a well-organized manner, proactively anticipating issues.
- Knows how to instill strong morale amongst resources, fostering open and honest dialogue with resources and clients, and defines successes as it relates to the team and overall company benefit
- Spanish-language proficiency, preferred
