**OUR OPPORTUNITY**:
We are currently seeking a **Class 5 Driver** operating out of our Dartmouth location to join our team _This position will work an estimated 45 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with start times varying between 6am - 8am depending on route details. _

Reporting to the **Logistics Supervisor**, the main responsibilities will include:

- Load and unload delivery vehicles in an organized way that ensures secure transport and efficient, prioritized processing
- Adhere to the established schedule and deliver products in good condition with minimum inconvenience to customers
- Ensure that the appropriate documentation accompanies each order and accurately reflects the actual physical delivery
- Document discrepancies, obtain signatures, and distribute copies of paperwork according to the established guidelines
- Respectfully refer re-order requests, merchandising and fixture inquiries to the appropriate marketing agency
- Integrate and load loose deliveries with other magazine, book and beer orders for quick identification and easy unloading at customer sites
- Make pick-ups at scheduled times
- Confirm that returns are securely packed and labeled appropriately
- Foster positive, productive relationships with all customers by being professional and on-time for every contact
- Anticipate delivery challenges and restrictions; trouble-shoot to minimize the inconvenience to customers
- Keep customers informed by providing information and literature as instructed by the Logistics Supervisor and/or marketing agencies
- Escalate unresolved issues according to the established guidelines
- Other duties as assigned

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM**:

- Class 5 driver's license with clean driver's abstract
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Excellent attention to detail
- DSD delivery experience is an asset
- Experience driving a 5-ton truck/ straight truck is an asset
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
