**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Perform hair styling services, including cuts, coloring, and treatments, while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Engage in upselling products and services that enhance the client’s experience and meet their needs.
- Effectively communicate with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting hair care products available for purchase at the front desk.
- Manage front desk operations, including processing payments, and handling inquiries.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive client interactions.
- Proficiency in barbering techniques and knowledge of current trends.
- Understanding of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining integrity in client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear interactions with clients and team members.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing the overall customer experience through product knowledge.
