POSITION: Lunch Coverage Receptionist / Medical Office Assistant (MOA)

LOCATION: Courtice Health Centre & Taunton Health Centre

JOB CLASSIFICATION: Part-Time / Casual (since it’s a 2-hour daily coverage role with optional weekend shifts)

JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our Urgent Care team as a Lunch Coverage Receptionist.

Position Details:

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
- Start Date: Immediately
- Consistency: This is a regular daily lunch coverage role.
- Additional Opportunities: Weekend shifts may be available if interested.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide reception coverage during lunch hours
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and compassionate manner
- Manage phone calls, patient check-ins, and appointment coordination
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in EMR documentation
- Support the Urgent Care team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Excellent computer and EMR skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrates empathy, professionalism, and reliability

Note:
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Expected hours: 10 per week
