Inside Sales Representative

As the Inside Sales Representative (Air Solutions), you will be responsible for Inside Sales and Sales/Category Support activities for your assigned Business Unit.
This presents a great opportunity to learn the holistic operation and process of how a tech. giant such as LG Electronics works, experience the dynamic market of the Air Conditioning industry, and learn the right skillset to run and manage business units from A to Z.
Bilingualism in English & Korean is mandatory (Read, Write & Speak).
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Inside Sales (supporting key account managers for distributor sales)
- Order management - Monitoring production / shipping schedules / logistics. Product category: wall-mounted, Multi, Single CAC
- Work closely with sales, distributors and internal departments to fulfill orders
- Analyze distributor channel (both retail and distributors) PSI (Purchase/sales/inventory) and run promotional programs to drive channel sales
- Analyze sales/market trends to identify misses and to strategically target sales goal in effort to close gaps
Retail Sales
- Managing retail channel sales: Home Depot and Costco. Product category: Portable/window/dehumidifier/air purifier
Marketing
- Channel marketing support: channel promotions, channel websites, partner programs, contractor database
- Residential AC product management and website management
- Price & profitability management
- Preparing and executing new product launch processes
- Analyze market share and in-store share and identify competitive issues through store visits and market intelligence.
- Support the Marketing Team for the production of marketing material & tools and training modules
- Correspond with the factory and HQ division on a regular basis to support product and marketing communications for the local team
General
- Travel and entertainment Budget management
- Prepare weekly, monthly sales reports by doing detailed analysis of company targets and market activity
- Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings
- Arrange travel schedules and make reservations
- May compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities
- Support Business Manager in terms of operation and market sensing
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:
- Bachelor’s Degree along with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Must be able to operate with a high degree of urgency and integrity & manage multiple deadlines and priorities with a focus on quality and detail.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills
