**What you’ll do**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in various areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing to ensure all surfaces shine.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts to promote an eco-friendly workplace.
- Execute custodial duties with precision, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Assist with maintenance tasks as needed, supporting the overall upkeep of the facilities.
- Collaborate with team members to address any cleaning or maintenance issues promptly.
- Provide porter services by transporting supplies and equipment as required throughout the facility.

**Basic qualifications**
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles is preferred.
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and floor care practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Preferred qualifications**
- Experience in commercial cleaning or industrial environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with residential painting techniques can enhance your skill set.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices will be beneficial.
