**Registry Associate**
As a Registries Associate you are responsible for providing quick and accurate services to our client. You will be expected to provide service standards for our clients in accordance with Alberta Government and Drayden policy. You will be expected to meet Drayden service standards in helping our clients receive accurate and efficient service.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with their daily registry needs in person or through technology
- Provide clients with the best option available to serve their needs
- Offer all of your clients any of the value added services that Drayden offers
- Generate client referrals for our insurance brokers to qualified customers
- Understand and adhere to Alberta Registries policies and procedures
- Ensure accuracy in all transactions
- Ensure privacy compliance
