**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Conduct laboratory tests and analyses on patient samples to assist in diagnosis and treatment.
- Maintain accurate records of test results and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers regarding test results and any necessary follow-up actions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Collaborate with other medical staff to ensure efficient workflow within the laboratory.
- Stay updated on advancements in medical technology and laboratory procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
- Certification as a Registered Medical Technologist (RMT) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven customer service abilities, with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $78.00-$91.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
