**Collision Estimator — Halifax / Dartmouth Area**

**Annual Wage Range**: $46,500 - $66,500
**Performance Bonus**: Up to $8,000 yearly

**What You’ll Do**
As a Collision Estimator you will be the link between our customers, insurers, and the repair team—ensuring accurate estimates and smooth repair workflows:
- Prepare and write detailed collision repair estimates.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to facilitate claims and approvals.
- Work closely with the Collision team to manage workflow and quality of repairs.
- Maintain accurate records and general filing.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Collision repair experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with estimating platforms such as Mitchell iCloud and/or Audatex.
- Comfortable using MS Office and Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and good decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
