**Role Description**:
We are actively seeking skilled and experienced asphalt workers to join our growing team. If you take pride in your work, have a strong work ethic, and are looking for stable, full-time employment, we want to hear from you.

This position involves year-round, all-weather work and is ideal for individuals who are reliable, physically fit, and ready to be a part of a team that values safety and hard work.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Asphalt Paving
- Proven ability to operate a paver, roller, and other asphalt-related tools and equipment
- Proven ability to hand rake asphalt.
- Physically capable and willing to work 8 to 12 hours a day in all weather conditions.

Pay: $38.00 per hour
