The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed annual sales goals and grow market share. This individual is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships at assigned accounts and growing customer spend by clearly defining business value and aligning our capabilities to the customer’s desired outcomes.

**The successful applicant will**:

- Establishes relationships within the customer base and understands customer processes, business drivers and organizational model
- Responsible for increasing the company’s revenue by exceeding sales objectives within an assigned territory
- Prospects for new customers and generates new opportunities within the assigned territory
- Achieves quarterly and annual sales targets
- Develops and maintains a robust pipeline of sales opportunities
- Ensures regular, disciplined CRM usage to update pipeline, sales forecast, and opportunity, account and contact management
- Presents submissions to potential clients
- Provides customer support for new and existing clientele
- Educates clients on different solutions, products & services
- Manages demonstrations and evaluations, including timing and equipment specification
- Plan, organize and attend customer visits
- A Bachelor's or engineering degree or CET, practical and theoretical level or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in technical sales in a similar field and a comprehensive understanding of Canadian healthcare system.
- Bilingual in French & English - Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel locally greater than 50% of time
- Technical aptitude with ability to learn new skills.
- Strong territory, sales pipeline and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and a highly motivated self-started
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Ability to understand and formulate solutions based on customer needs
- Ability to coordinate and work well with technicians and administrative colleagues
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, managers and other company personnel.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
