**Auto Service Erin Mills **is seeking an EXPERIENCED Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join our TEAM We're seeking a talented and motivated Technician with the ability to perform vehicle repair and maintenance as well as diagnosi assigned in accordance factory standards, along with building customer loyalty.

**Job Duties**:

- Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
- Communicating with Parts Department, Service Advisors & Service Manager regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
- Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair, if authorized by the Customer.
- Conducting multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability of Customer vehicles.
- Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
- Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Automotive experience required. 310S license required.
- Automotive technical training.
- Organization and follow-up skills
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
