**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and your passion for sales will contribute to the overall success of our retail environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Provide knowledgeable information about products, promotions, and store policies.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proven experience in home improvement retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
