Game Master / Customer Service Representative

**Requirements**:

- Maintaining a **passionate, energetic, outgoing and positive attitude at all times**.
- **Fluent English is a must**. Bilingual would be a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Creative and comfortable with participating in social media initiatives/content creation.
- Able to work in a fun but fast paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Able to cope with the special store operation hours due to the nature of the business. (Up to 12am on Friday and Saturdays for closing shifts.)
- Able to deal with situations with logical decisions and a positive attitude.
- Prior customer service experience is **NOT**mandatory, as we will provide full training upon job enrolment.

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
