Frankie's Italian Kitchen & Bar Chilliwack is part of the Tiara Food & Beverage Concepts group of companies with restaurant and food service operations in Chilliwack, Winnipeg and Vancouver. Frankie's is a casual/fine dining restaurant delivering fresh scratch made authentic Italian cooking, a wine list with a focus on Italian and BC VQA, craft beer, classic and signature cocktails.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Maintain standards set by Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure quality, and quantity of food production meets expectations.
- Ensure work station is organized, and speed of service is timely.
- Ability to follow standardized recipes to ensure consistent results
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast pace kitchen environment
- Responsible for storage and rotation of food items
- Additional duties as required

**Qualification Requirements**
- Basic understanding of refined cooking techniques.
- Willingness to adapt to unique & special requests in order to meet guest expectations.
- Completed culinary arts training or minimum 2 years culinary experience is preferred
- Valid Food Safe level 1 or equivalent
- Need to have Open work permit, PR or Citizenship.

- You have some experience in the kitchen but are hungry to learn more and develop your skills
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail are required
- Professional attitude and interpersonal skills
- You enjoy working with premium ingredients
- A passion for cooking and learning.
- Knowledge of various cuisine an asset but not a requirement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour
