**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Direct and supervise a team of laborers at client site, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with client project managers to understand project requirements, allocate resources appropriately, and ensure work is executed according to specifications.
- Enforce and promote strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular safety meetings and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
- Provide on-the-job training to laborers, facilitating skill development and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor work quality to ensure it meets or exceeds company standards, addressing any issues promptly and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain open and clear communication with project managers, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
- Manage and maintain tools and equipment, coordinating with the equipment manager for repairs and replacements as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or foreman role within the construction or labor industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to promoting a safe work environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Physical fitness and stamina to work in a demanding, hands-on role.
