**Job Overview**

**Duties**

The Sales Assistant:

- Warmly greet all clients and vendors from our front desk upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate Design Consultant
- Professionally answer and manage incoming phone calls, screen and forward calls, take messages, and provide accurate information
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client requests and concerns
- Assist customers with point of sale payments
- Organized supply only material pick ups
- Coordinated customer follow-ups
- Perform sales of our in-store cleaning supplies and organize product pick ups
- Collect and follow up on customer inquiries as requested by Design Consultants
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing front desk and show room

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience (1-5 years) in a customer service and/or retail sales role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Professional demeanor
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong organizational abilities
- A willingness to learn
- Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset

Pay: $16.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
