The successful Smartphone Repair Technician will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and skilled in diagnosing and repairing various smartphone devices. You must have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to explain technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner and be capable of working independently and as part of a team.
**The Role**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and communicate repair options and timelines effectively
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair smartphone hardware and software issues
- Replace damaged or malfunctioning components such as displays, batteries, cameras, and speakers
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of devices to ensure optimal performance
- Track and manage inventory of repair parts and tools
- Document all repairs and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up to date with the latest smartphone technology and repair techniques

- Knowledge of various types of smartphones
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and precision in handling delicate components
- Ability to work under pressure and meet repair deadlines
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and repair methods.
- Prior experience in repairing smartphones or electronics is an asset
