**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pro-actively manage the balance of demand & supply and propose corrective actions when required.
- Address any supply disruption or conflict situation through the MPS and DRP planning process. Ensure agreed changes are implemented.
- Manage and execute the detailed planning work for the weekly MPS and daily DRP process
- In collaboration with the Supply Chain Management team, regularly assess and update Markets and Plants safety stock policy and targets
- Assist in preparation of write off for obsolete/ damaged materials and finished products
- Responsible for the development and management of the Supply Plan for All brands at their site/location
- Control SKU portfolio proliferation and ensure adherence to correct life cycle management process
- Contribute to Supply Chain improvement programs, Demand Driven Replenishment deployment and solution improvement.
- Participate in Flow deployment and continuous improvement together with facilities and Markets.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree or diploma, combined with APICS, SCMP accreditation
- 3+ years of Supply Planning experience
- Understanding of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) and/or IBP (Integrated Business Planning)
- Excellent time management skills including the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel and reporting
- Microsoft Dynamics Navision experience preferred
- Excellent presentation & Communication skills
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills driving fact-based decisions
- Leadership experience
- The person would be expected to work on site
