**Job Description**:
The crane operator performs the various loadings of material as well as any other handling of equipment, requiring the use of his machine. He proceeds to the various weighing’s of material which enters or leaves the yard.
- Receive the metal and deposit it in the appropriate place;
- Unload the trucks and check the quality of the stock;
- Transport containers of non-ferrous material;
- Load ferrous products for customers;
- Perform hardware identification tests using appropriate products or magnets;
- Take inventory of the material in stock according to the established schedule;
- Record on his report, the weights of material going in and going out the site;
- Lubricate, if necessary, the different parts of the machine that require lubrication;
- Wash the machine when required.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to drive and operate a heavy vehicle;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
