Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group (“CC&LFG”) is looking for a Trade Support Specialist to join our Vancouver Trade Support Team in Derivatives, Fixed Income & Foreign Exchange The Trade Support Team is comprised of trade operation professionals committed to supporting the investment process for the portfolio management teams. **What You Will Do**
- Use leading technologies and systems to ensure a smooth operation of the post-trade process
- Support the entire post-trade process from front to back, including security settlements, derivatives, collateral management, and asset transfers
- Responsible for post execution processing of Fixed Income trades for different affiliates across multiple markets and bond types
- Key role in Foreign Exchange process including trade proposal, post execution handling, FX forward gain/loss calculations, and settlement
- Processing of Derivative trades and then managing collateral obligations with brokers and Portfolio Managers
- Maintaining and improving our Trade Support processes, systems and data in order to maximize efficiency and minimize risk
- Set up for new accounts and products in relevant internal systems and at 3rd party brokers

**What You Bring**
- 1 to 2 years of trade operations experience in Investment Management or related field
- Relevant education and certifications an asset
- Effective communicator in both verbal and written communications
- Resourceful and ability to resolve complex problems
- Passionate about learning and are desperate to make a telling contribution
- Ability to understand the big picture yet are able to focus on the small details
