**Responsibilities**
- Respond courteously to requests from external clients regarding their insolvency file.
- Direct clients toward the right resources.
- Open client files in the system.
- Data entry
- Perform other administrative tasks.
- Manage and coordinate several schedules.
- Contribute ideas and help develop methods to improve work processes.

**Skills and experience**
- Experience working in a large call centre, a strong asset.
- Administrative experience in a professional setting, an asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Bilingual
