**What YOU Will Do**
Sous la supervision du Directeur TCL, le titulaire du poste doit principalement agir à titre de personne ressource pour le bureau de Montréal en matière d’attraction, d’acquisition et de rétention de talents. Le titulaire aura pour mandat d’attirer et recruter les meilleurs talents pour des postes provenant de métiers variés.
- Optimiser et coordonner les processus d’attraction et d’acquisition de talents en collaboration avec les directeurs et vice-président locaux;
- Jouer un rôle conseil auprès des gestionnaires en ce qui attrait au processus d’acquisition des talents;
- Promouvoir la marque employeur de Pomerleau et agir à titre d’ambassadeur lors d’activités reliées au recrutement;
- Développer des outils tout en assurant un renforcement des processus;
- Être un recruteur dans l’âme et être passionné par l’acquisition de talents;
- Accompagner les gestionnaires à toutes les étapes du processus de recrutement et jouer un rôle-conseil stratégique et opérationnel auprès des gestionnaires afin de bien évaluer leurs besoins;
- Agir en tant que dépisteur de talents en utilisant les différentes plateformes conçues à cet effet;
- Être un influenceur reconnu pour guider et accompagner les gestionnaires dans les processus d’embauche;
- Participer au développement, à l’exécution et à l’amélioration continue des stratégies d’acquisition de talents selon les objectifs établis;
- Établir les profils recherchés et élaborer les descriptions des tâches;
- Participer à la mise à jour et au suivi des indicateurs clés de performance en matière d’acquisition de talents et porter des recommandations basées sur les tendances du marché;
- Développer un réseau de contacts avec les recruteurs publics et privés;
- Participer aux diverses réunions opérationnelles des groupes afin de pouvoir mettre en œuvre des initiatives pour résoudre les problèmes, conflits et s’adapter aux besoins changeants de l’entreprise.
**What YOU Will Bring**
- Être titulaire d’un diplôme en ressources humaines ou en relations industrielles, ou dans un domaine connexe (ou toute autre expérience pertinente);
- Posséder 3 à 5 années d’expérience en acquisition de talents;
- Bonne maîtrise du cycle complet de recrutement;
- Posséder de grandes capacités en communications interpersonnelles, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
- Vous adorez chasser les talents via différentes plateformes;
- Bilinguisme français et anglais (oral et écrit);
- Faire preuve de leadership dans votre quotidien;
- Entregent et diplomatie;
- Grande organisation et planification du travail;
- Aisance à œuvrer dans un milieu de travail rapide et en constante évolution;
- Posséder une excellente capacité d’analyse;
- Faire preuve de rigueur, d’innovation et de persévérance.
