**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards while preparing drinks and serving food items.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management when stock is low.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurement of ingredients and handling cash transactions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
