Mint Tiny House Company are hiring

We are currently hiring Carpenters who are experienced in exterior envelope work.

All work is carried out indoors in our workshop facility where we manufacture Tiny house RV's, Park Models and Modular homes. Mint Tiny House Company is part of the Westbow Group of companies, come and be a part of a great company in a friendly work environment.

There are no slow days as the weather does not affect the job site.

**Duties of this position include but are not limited to**:

- Installing building wrap, windows and doors.
- Installing exterior siding, primarily Board & batten.
- Installing plywood sheathing.

**Experience / Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of exterior siding / envelope work.
- Must be able to read blueprints and work well with others.

**Tools required / Provided**
- Major tools such as mitre saws, and table saws are provided by the company. All other hand tools, drills etc are to be provided by employees.
- You will also need to supply your own nail guns, we will provide the nails.
- Any speciality tools required will be supplied by the company. eg, siding clamps.
- Cutting blades, drill bits and other consumable tools are supplied by the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Siding Installation: 5 years (preferred)
- General carpentry: 5 years (preferred)
