Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Line Cook / Prep Cook is a key member of the Thai Express kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality, flavorful meals in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. By following recipes, food safety protocols, and working collaboratively with your team, you’ll help deliver the fast, fresh, and flavorful experience Thai Express is known for.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes and standards
- Follow presentation specifications to ensure consistency
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, practicing safe food handling and sanitation
- Assist with inventory control and proper food storage
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to all food safety and production guidelines
- Support opening and closing kitchen duties as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Strong understanding of food safety and handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with kitchen tools, equipment, and prep techniques
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Punctual, dependable, and adaptable to different shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $15.70 per hour
