What you'll do
- Lead the compliance and advisory needs for a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses with US operations.
- Respond to IRS and state-level inquiries and guide clients through complex US tax issues.
- Collaborate with the cross-border personal tax team on integrated planning strategies.
- Mentor junior staff, build their confidence, and shape their technical and leadership growth.
- Establish, improve, and streamline internal processes—your ideas will drive how we work.
- Actively manage WIP, profitability, and workflow deadlines to keep the team and projects moving.
- Take the lead on client communications, project planning, and identifying new opportunities for the division’s growth.

You'll thrive here if you:

- Are a CPA (or equivalent) with 3+ years of experience in US corporate tax and 1+ year at the Manager/reviewer level.
- Want clarity and consistency but also the flexibility to do your best work your way.
- Are ready to step into more leadership, mentoring staff, owning your client files, and guiding a team with care and confidence.
- Bring fresh ideas and an open mind to help refine and scale our division.
- Enjoy solving complex tax puzzles and navigating evolving US tax rules with curiosity and precision.
