**Role Summary**

We’re seeking a highly organized and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Winnipeg facility. This role ensures efficient handling of materials, inventory control, and on-time support to our production and service teams. You’ll lead a small team and be responsible for maintaining safety standards, coordinating logistics, and driving operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, space management, and shipping
- Optimize the picking process for filling out the production work stations
- Process and document transactions and reports timely and accurately (cycle counts, inventory, safety incidents, damaged product, etc.)
- Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and schedule general maintenance
- Support logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities
- Assist in the Quality Assurance Inspection process of incoming goods to ensure compliance of company standards
- Monitor interior and exterior areas of building for cleanliness and general conservation
- Order and control inventory levels on warehouse supplies

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 5+ years of experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees
- Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in logistics or supply chain management
- Valid license to operate a forklift
- Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
- Ability to operate hand and power equipment for material handling to accommodate storage of products throughout the warehouse.
- Contract handling experience
- Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems is an asset
- Assist with material handling at the warehouse including lifting up to 50 lbs.
