- Install, repair, or replace roofs using materials such as asphalt, wood, steel, or tile
- Measure and cut materials to ensure a proper fit
- Perform inspections to identify roof issues and recommend solutions
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete roofing projects

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Roofer
- Knowledge of roofing materials and techniques
- Proficiency in caulking and sealing techniques
- Capability for heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience as a maintenance person or carpenter
