**Summary**

As a Food Truck Staff member at Teriyaki Express & Rotato Poutine Food Truck, you will play a vital role in delivering delicious Japanese cuisine to our customers at various events throughout the summer. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction while working in a dynamic and fun environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck and kitchen area.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and taking orders.
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service during busy events.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 22 per week
