**Alma Care Postpartum Retreat**
Alma Care is on a mission to revolutionize postpartum care for Canadians. We’ve opened Canada's first postnatal care retreat, located in the Kimpston St. George luxury hotel in Yorkville, Toronto and have quickly expanded our offering to at home services across the GTA with big plans for Canada.
After giving birth, parents come to stay at our all-inclusive retreat with their newborn. We provide access to 24/7 care, nourishing food, education, lactation consulting, night nurses, workshops, wellness+ services and more. We take care of mom so that she can be her best self to take care of her baby. This concept is novel in North America but a common practice in countries such as South Korea, China and Israel.
**About You**:
- You’re passionate about women's health and align with our mission
- You're a scrappy marketer that knows where to find a target audience and how to authentically join the conversation.
- You’re highly analytical and performance driven
- You have strong attention to detail and you’re not afraid of taking the initiative
- You have hustle and drive - moving quickly in a start-up environment is your jam
- Being multilingual is an asset (namely speaking Cantonese, Mandarin and/or Korean).
- You have experience creating content and driving UGC (user generated content) on platforms including WeChat, Little Red Book, Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.
- You’ve got an eye for design and passion for strong brands.
- You're a storyteller and a creator who develops and posts content on branded channels.
**About the Role**: Reporting to the Co
- Founder and CEO, you’ll be responsible for identifying key areas for growth and executing on scrappy plans and iterating as needed. For example:
- **Content Creation**: You’ll assist in developing and executing content strategies to captivate and expand our audience, building brand awareness across all social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Little Red Book
- **Scheduling + Analysis**: Build out the social media calendar and prepared the campaigns and messages. You'll leverage our earned media coverage to amplify our voice. You'll measure the success of our content and campaigns to deliver meaningful insights on performance
- **Community Engagement**: You'll build and engage with our online and offline communities by identifying key groups to engage with such as Mommy Groups, Wellness communities etc. You'll be responding to messages, comments and inquiries in a timely manner to build a strong rapport and trusted brand voice.
- **Ambassador Program Management**: You’ll work directly with our ambassadors and partners to elevate the Alma voice in relevant conversations, delivering on KPIs that drive business performance
**Compensation**: $50-60k base
