We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Shift Lead to help oversee daily operations and ensure smooth shifts. **Responsibilities**:
**Shift Leadership**: Supervise and support crew members during shifts, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

**Customer Service**: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and handling feedback with professionalism.

**Team Coordination**: Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide on-the-spot coaching to maintain high standards.

**Operations Management**: Oversee food preparation, service quality, and cleanliness to meet Mad Bird’s standards.

**Opening/Closing Duties**: Handle key operational tasks such as cash handling, inventory checks, and ensuring the restaurant is ready for the day or securely closed.

**Health and Safety Compliance**: Enforce food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.

Note: Job responsibilities are not limited to the those listed above and from time to time, additional duties may need to be performed in order to support business demands.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.

Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

A passion for great food and delivering excellent customer service.

Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
