**Urbanation Inc.** is a Toronto-based real estate research and advisory firm that has been providing in-depth market analysis and consulting services to the high-rise apartment industry for over 40 years.

Urbanation’s subscription services provide detailed tracking of Ontario’s condominium, rental apartment, and land development markets. Urbanation’s consulting practice produces site-specific market feasibility studies for new apartment development projects across Canada.

As a **Real Estate** **Analyst**, you will join an established, highly reputable and quickly expanding boutique firm at the forefront of residential market research and analytics. Working closely with a small team of skilled and experienced analysts, you will be expected to meaningfully contribute to the firm’s research services, market reports and wide variety of consulting assignments. We are seeking an Analyst with a strong ability to source, interpret, and communicate both quantitative and qualitative real estate market intelligence with an exceptional level of detail and insight.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Develop expert knowledge of new residential apartment development projects in key markets across Ontario.
- Aggregate and analyze large datasets on the condominium, rental, and land development markets to identify key trends.
- Produce clear, concise, and insightful summaries and analyses for land sale reports, new development project profiles, market research publications, and custom consulting studies.
- Research housing markets across Canada as needed, design and execute customized market surveys, source external data, and conduct ad-hoc research for new development sites.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Urban Studies, Economics, Real Estate Commerce, Statistics, or related field. A Master’s degree would be considered a strong asset.
- Prior experience working in the real estate development and research/consulting sectors would be a clear asset.
- Keen interest in the housing market and enthusiasm for real estate development.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly, concisely, and confidently convey research results and market insights.
- Superior attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of data accuracy and integrity.
- Exceptional project and time management abilities, with demonstrated experience undertaking concurrent tasks and meeting tight deadlines within a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience working effectively with small teams
