Recreation Program Assistants

**PROG** **RAM ASSISTANTS
**(casual)
**roles include skate patrol and skate shop duties, Glenwood drop-in programs, working
in the concession, assisting with programs for children and youth, and supporting
special events.
Applicants must be a minimum of 15 years old, able to ice skate and/or roller blade
confidently, possess strong math skills and amazing customer service skills, have a keen
interest in working with kids, and be available to work various times including evenings
and weekends. Applicants must also have current Standard First Aid with CPR C and
AED certifications.
**_At this time, preference will be given to those applicants who are 19 years or _**
**_older, have their Serving It Right certificate and are available to work evening _**
**_concession shifts_**. Preference will also be given to applicants who are available to work
weekday daytime hours.
Successful applicants will be required to complete a Police Information Check. The
starting rate of pay for this position is $20.01 per hour.
