Here at SJP we are currently seeking fashion forward thinking sales associates to work in the West Edmonton Mall ladies designer shoe retail location.

Greeting customers with a friendly and helpful attitude by answering questions, reading customer cues, retrieving footwear, and making product recommendations

Performing the highest level of customer service at all times and assisting our customers find the perfect fit

Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, including feature areas and clearance sections

Retaining product knowledge while remaining up to date of current collections that are online and in store

Achieving sales goals that we set out to you by store manager by being engaged with customers and building long term relationships with customers

Using the point of sale system to complete cash, debit, and credit transactions, opening and closing tills along with cash deposits

Assisting with inventory counts when called upon by store manager

1-3 years previous retail experience, preferably in high end shoe, or luxury retail environment

Posses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in marketplace

Proficiant in MS office and retail systems

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, and SJP team

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including days, evenings, and weekends
