**Are you the person we are looking for?**:

- Technical College or Vocational diploma related to various machinig techniques / team management or equivalent
- Five (5) years of experience in a supervision position in the industrial field
- Demonstrate leadership and ability to delegate tasks
- Be present in the field and able to perform various administrative tasks as required
- Good organizational skills, planning and priority management
- Knowledge of manufacturing and transformation processes as well as logistic/procurement/receiving/shipping of goods
- Ability to read work plans and transmit information to the work team
- Excellent knowledge of industrial materials (stainless steel, aluminium, polymers) and instruments in quality management
- Good understanding of safety and quality standards and ensuring that they are respected
- Experience with ERP software and Ms Office suite
- Ability to interact with different actors (internals and externals) in French and English necessary for the proper functioning of the production

**Your contribution to the team**:
The Production Supervisor plays a key role in planning, evaluating, directing and controlling all direct production activities. He/She is also responsible for supervising the work of the production/assembly staff and determining the priorization of manufacturing activities based on delivery deadlines.

**What will your daily life look like?**:

- Participate in production planning, related issues and emergency/problem management
- Supervise staff by ensuring the smooth running of production activities, priority management and discipline
- Collaborate in the selection, integration and training or production employees
- Evaluate the training needs of the employees in his/her team and see to the optimization of their performance and collaborate with management in case of important issues
- Provide regular feedback to team members
- Maintain excellent working relationships
- Act as an ambassador of the importance of safe behavior and ensure compliance with health and safety rules, quality standards and other company standards
