**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Utilize heavy lifting techniques to move furniture or equipment as necessary during cleaning processes.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for maintenance tasks as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized, reporting any shortages to management.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by following established protocols and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to time management practices.
- Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as required, contributing to the overall upkeep of the premises.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and safety practices is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage time efficiently while completing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with power tools and hand tools is a plus, contributing to overall facilities maintenance capabilities.
