If you're the type to bring their A-Game every single day, we want to talk to you._ SHIPHYPE is looking to hire a **Full-Time Sales Consultant.** **About the Position** We are looking to hire a Sales Consultant to help with a new arm of our business. This will be an extension of our company, but instead of selling fulfillment services, you will be responsible for selling advertising spots on our directory. Job also includes: - Conducting Regular Follow-Ups - Scheduling Calls with Potential Leads - Conducting Demos of our Upcoming Directory - Sell Advertising Spots on our Upcoming Directory - Preparing Price Plans and Agreements for Clients - Provide Ongoing Customer Service - Generating and Analyzing Reports - Searching for New Opportunities - Improving the Sales Process - Keeping CRM organized - & More **About the Company** SHIPHYPE is a 3PL/fulfillment provider. We are a service business with warehouses located in Canada and the US. Our clients are DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands who sell products through their website and other platforms (Shopify, etc). In 2025, we are launching a directory arm of the business, where we will sell listing spots to competitors on our new website. The website is different than SHIPHYPE. - Has excellent verbal and written communication skills - Loves to sell, and actually close - Is obsessed with mastering the sales process - Can systematically and consultatively sell - Shows up to meetings early - Follows up endlessly with every opportunity - Self-critiques and is obsessed with improving - Cares about their Job - Understands the importance of speed and output - Shows up to meetings early - Wants to make a lot of money **What We Can't Have** - Short-term or temporary employment - Negative attitude and reluctancy to work - Not caring about the work you do - Unenthusiastic about learning and changes - Someone who makes excuses **Minimum Requirements** - Must have 3+ years experience in Sales - Proficient in consultative selling - Experienced with Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheets - Experience with CRM software - Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive warehouse environment **Team Size** - We currently have ~30 employees across 4 locations. **Pay** - $60K - $80K (Base + Commission) **Work Schedule** - You will be required to work from 10AM to 6PM daily (Monday to Friday and sometimes holidays/weekends) - Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week - This is a long-term employment opportunity (1-5 Years) - This is an in-person job **Start Date** - Feb 3rd, 2025 **In full transparency, this job is NOT for everyone.** If you are looking for something "chill" and "fun", where you can get away with mínimal work, this isn't the workplace for you.
